First phase of MBBS/BDS counselling will come to an end today

First phase of MBBS/BDS counselling in Tamil Nadu will come to an end today (25th June). First phase of MBBS/BDS counselling commenced on 19th June and was going on for the last 6 days. 2,257 MBBS seats from 20 medical colleges including Chennai were to be filled up. 2, 173 seats have been filled up.
To fill the balance 84 government MBBS seats counseling is taking place now at Omandurar Government Multi Super Specialty Hospital. Today 359 students have been called for counselling. All these students belong to backward and schedule cast and tribe community. The students who have been called today are based on the cut off marks ranging from 192-00 to 180-25.
