Text books for 60 Lakh students in the states to be distributed free tomorrow!

All government schools & government-aided schools are set to reopen on 2nd January after the year-end holidays.
The distribution of text books and notebooks for the last academic terms is scheduled to be distributed free on the same day (2nd January).
The Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Text Book Corporation, Ms. Mythili Rajendran, has dispatched the text books and notebooks to all districts.
The director for school education, Mr. S. Kannappan informed that the distribution of free text books and notebooks will commence as scheduled on the morning of 2nd January, the date of reopening itself. A total of 60 Lakh students will benefit from this.
