RBI extends the deadline for exchange of currency notes printed before 2005!

Reserve Bank of India has announced that currency notes (denomination Rs. 500/- & Rs.1000/-) printed before 2005 can be exchanged till 30th June, 2015.
Earlier, this deadline was set on 1st January, 2015. Now, this stands extended.
The currency notes printed after 2005 have the year of printing.
RBI had ordered ton 22nd January, 2014 that the currency notes of denomination Rs. 500/- & Rs. 1000/- printed before 2005 without the detail of year of printing to be exchanged
The decline mentioned on that order was 1st April, 2014. Later, this was extended till 1st January, 2015.
Now, it has been further extended till 30th June, 2015.
