Ilayaraja to compose music for Gautham Karthik film
Gautham Karthik made his debut in the film Kadal directed by Mani Rathinam. This film did not do well at the box office. After this, he donned the lead roles in the films titled Ennamo Yedho and Vai Raja Vai.

Shooting of Mammootty starrer Peranbu to commence in Kodaikanal
The shooting of the film titled Peranbu which has Mammootty in the lead role will commence in Kodaikanal on Wednesday. Ram will be directing the film which is to be produced by P L Thenappan under the banner Sree Rajalakshmi Films.
