Cracker bursting time on Deepavali in Tamil Nadu

The state government of Tamil Nadu has announced the timings for bursting crackers on the festival day of Deepavali - from 6.00 AM to 7.00 AM in the morning and then from 7.00 PM to 8.00 PM in the evening/night.
