RBI reduces MDR for small merchants
For small merchants i.e., for businesses that make turnover of lesser than Rs 20 lakh, the RBI has reduced the merchant discount rate. MDR is the fees that the merchants pay to the bank for each and every card payment done.

Price data of the LPG cooking gas cylinders in December
During the month of December, the non-subsidised LPG cooking gas cylinders are being sold at Rs. 713.50 to Rs. 759.50 and the subsidised LPG cooking gas cylinders are sold at Rs. 483.69 to Rs. 498.43.
