Chennai has good chance of rains today as Veppa Salanam Rains to kick start in Tamil Nadu from today, while rains slow down in Cauvery Catchment, in the coming days the inflow into Mettur will slowly reduce.

Thermal convection may lead to prospects of rain in 1 or 2 places

Earthquake on Salem with 3.3 Richter scale
