IRCTC to restore service charges on e-tickets from 1st September
IRCTC (Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation) plans to levy (again) a service charge of Rs. 15 per ticket for non-AC classes and Rs. 30 for AC classes including 1st class from 1st September, 2019.
