Incentive for higher education for teachers: qualifications without proper prior permission not valid for incentive!
The director for primary education has ordered that higher qualifications obtained without proper prior permission will not be valid for incentive.

As many as 1,00,819 seats in engineering colleges have fallen vacant at the end of supplementary counselling to fill seats under the Scheduled Caste quota on Wednesday and Thursday.

Plans to improve quality of engineering education: 13 colleges to benefit � Info from Director, IIT Chennai!
The director of IIT Chennai, Mr. Bhaskar Ramamurthy informed that there is a new plan jointly with CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) to improve the quality of engineering education.
