CBSE 10th and 12th exams kick-started today
So, March is on, and exams are obviously on too. The months of March and April have their uniqueness with the hot sun peeping out and hotter exams raising ginormous in front of eyes of children, especially 10th and 12th.

Secretary for Schools Education: 1 lakh persons deployed for supervision of Public Examinations!
The state education department has been undertaking various measures for free, fair & proper conducting +2 & 10th Standard examinations.1 lakh persons are being deployed for this purpose including Vigilance officers and flying squads.

British Council launches English language competency test--Aptis--in Chennai
The British Council has launched an English language competency test -- Aptis -- in Chennai and Delhi to test the reading, writing, listening and speaking skills of students aged between 13 and 17 years.

Saveetha University: Application for admission in medical & engineering courses can be done on-line!
As per the press release from Saveetha University yesterday (Tuesday, 24th February), the admission for this academic year for engineering and medical courses will be based on ERA (Educational Assessment and Rating) on a national scale.
