School Education Minister warns: no online classes must be conducted!
The Tamil Nadu State Government Minister for School Education K. A. Sengottaiyan has warned that the private schools must not conduct online classes.

Central Minister: CBSE 10th and +2 Public Exams to be conducted in 15000 Centres!
The central government had earlier announced that the CBSE (Central Board for Secondary Education) Public Examinations for the 10th Standard and +2 classes will be conducted from 1st July.

Correction of answer-sheets for +2 Public Exams commences today (27th May)
Today (27th May), 5,373 teachers are being deployed. Tomorrow (28th May), 32,735 teachers will be deployed for the correction of the +2 Public Examinations Answer-sheets.

In TN, minimum pass marks for class 10 students to be reduced
Till now, the minimum pass marks for the class 10 has been 35 percent. Soon, it might be reduced to 25 percent. This was as per the school education department officials.

The Central Minister for Human Welfare Development Ramesh Pokhriwal has announced that the 10th and 12th Standard CBSE will be conducted in 15,000 centres throughout the country.

Increase in the class 10 public exam centres now in TN
Earlier the number of test centres for class 10 students was just 3825. Now, the number has increased to 12,690.This has been done for the purpose of social distancing among the students who write the examinations.
