Chennai High Court order - Helmet and seat-belt mandatory for 2 and 4-wheelers
The Chennai High Court has ordered the State Government of Tamil Nadu that it must be ensured that all the 2-wheeler passengers must wear a helmet and all the 4-wheeler passengers must wear the seat-belt.
