New facility - now, pay electricity bill through PoS device
TANGEDCO (Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation) has introduced a new facility to its customers. The electricity bills can be paid by credit or debit cards - swiping in the PoS (Point of Sales) devices.

Sugar price Rs. 25 per kg from today (1st Nov) in ration shops
Until now, sugar was sold in the Tamil Nadu ration shops at a relatively low price of Rs. 13.50 per kg. So, all the ration card holders availed this low price by buying the allowed quantity of sugar.
