There are some fake and unauthorised agencies issuing false information regarding job opportunities in CMRL. Now, CMRL has asked the public to be very careful regarding this.

It must be taken into note that CMRL on Saturday mentioned that it had not issued any authorisation to any agency, individual or firm etc for carrying out recruitment by themselves.

From the statement from CMRL, it was clear that all individuals who have been hired by CMRL are always required to go through a formal procedure. It was also mentioned that all CMRL appointments are through a strict selection process depending upon the post applied.

It is worthy to mention that as per CMRL all communications from the applicants must come from verifiable CMRL email address or CMRL authenticated letter head. It must not come from an internet address like Hotmail or Yahoo or Gmail ort mobile line or fake letterhead or agency.

Point is that various job vacancies in CMRL would be notified in the newspapers in both Tamil as well as in English. The CMRL has clearly stated that various job offers would not be sent through organisations that are falsely pretending to recruit on its behalf or people claiming to work for or affiliated to it.

It is important to note that any person dealing with unauthorised parties regarding job opportunities with CMRL regarding money would be doing so at his or her own risk. Any fake appointment letter offered by unauthorised agencies would not be accepted by CMRL and it would not provide employment to anyone who has been issued a fraudulent appointment letter or fake appointment news. Fraudsters would be dealt with strictly by CMRL if they spread false news regarding job opportunities.  Finally, the statement from CMRL threw light on how CMRL would not be responsible for any losses incurred by an individual involved in the mentioned activities.
