Today (3rd Jan) is the last day to register for AIIMS entrance exam

The administration of AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Science) has announced that today (Thursday, 3rd January) is the last day to register for the AIIMS Entrance Examination and there would be no extension.
Entrance Examination is conducted at the national level throughout the country for admissions in the 15 AIIMS Medical Colleges in New Delhi, Jodhpur, Patna, Nagpur, etc.
For the current academic year, the AIIMS Entrance Examination to pursue medical courses is scheduled to be conducted on 25th and 26th May.
Candidates who have already passed +2 and the candidates who are set to write the Public Examination for +2 this year are eligible to write this entrance examination. It is mandatory for the candidates who are writing +2 Public Examinations this year to score a minimum of 60% in all the subjects. The candidates who score high marks in the Entrance Examination but failing this mandatory requirement of 60% in each subject in +2 Public Examinations will not be called for counseling.
The basic personal details for the online registration to write this AIIMS entrance examination commenced on 30th November. The registration online must be completed before 5.30 PM today (3rd January).
The details whether the registration is accepted will be given as feedback on 7th January. The duration for furnishing the additional details in the basic registration form is from 8th to 18th January.
The details of the students whose registration has been accepted will be released on 22nd January. The information guideline handbook regarding the entrance examination will be released on 29th January.
The process of payment of the entrance examination fees and the process of giving the details of preferred entrance examination centres will be carried out from 29th January until 5.00 PM on 17th February. The Hall Tickets for the Entrance Examinations will be released on 15th May as per the announcements released by the Entrance Examination Council.
