Chennai High Court: If the 1st maternity is of twins, no maternity leave for the next pregnancy!

The Chennai High Court has ordered that in case the 1st delivery of a couple is twins, maternity leave would not be granted for the 2nd delivery!
In such a case where the 1st pregnancy was of twins, the earlier order of a special judge granting a central government woman employee the maternity leave for her 3rd child (the 1st being wins), was recently cancelled by the Chennai High Court and the maternity leave for the 3rd child was cancelled!
