The Chennai Metro Rail Limited has adapted a few features present in heritage buildings, as a move to perk up the commuters experience during their travel.
The Indian Railway Safety Commissioner is scheduled to conduct the testing of the Chennai Metro Rail Project underground section between Koyambedu and Nehru Park by the end of this month.
With the main goal of reducing the high traffic congestion in Chennai Metro City, The ambitious Chennai Metro Project has been taken in 2 corridors covering a distance of 45 km.
It has been announced that the underground tunnel track work of the Chennai Metro Rail Project in the section between Nehru Nagar and Thirumangalam stations is completed. This will be opened for public service in 2 months.
