Our body has got blood and the blood performs activities like transporting nutrients and oxygen to lungs and tissues, forming blood clots to avoid excess blood loss etc.

For our lives to be healthy, it is essential that the blood performs its functions without any interruption. For that, we must make sure that the blood is purified.

These ways could help us to purify blood. These are

By drinking water:
This is very important way to purify the blood in us. It must be noted that dehydration due to lack of water intake could have negative impact on blood resulting in fluctuation in BP levels.         

By doing exercises:
Our blood could get purified by doing exercises every day. Exercises like deep breathing etc could be useful. Point is many of us these days have sedentary lifestyle and this could affect the circulation of blood.

By consuming beetroot vegetable:
Beetroot has got many nutrients in it is known. It is important to note that the nitrates present in beetroot could help in blood purification plus in the dilation of blood vessels.

By consuming turmeric:
The antioxidant property of turmeric does superbly. It is possible to consume turmeric in raw or by adding to food. The blood could get purified by the intake of turmeric.

By consuming green leafy vegetables:
The minerals and enzymes present in green leafy vegetables help in the blood purification. It is important that we must consume atleast a portion of these green leafy vegetables every day.

By consuming berries:
It is known that berries are rich in antioxidants and they could help in the liver protection. It is revealed that intake of berries could help in the blood purification.
