Posted on: 01/Jun/2017 3:24:23 PM
Dealing with extreme weather conditions is too tiring. Whether it is a wintery morning of freezing cold or a scorching summer day, people find either extremities too tough to handle. However, the latter is always the fiercest of all. You would hate wanting to know the weather forecast as humidity with heat.

You can’t casually sit for a chat or play your favorite sport or hang out with friends. None of these is chill anymore once the summer is all set.

The million dollar question is how to deal with all of it? Though dealing with summer is touch, you have a lot of simple life hacks that can help you manage the hot and humid weather.

Be picky with beverages:
You should not dump your tummy with wrong fluid intake. Alcoholic beverages are always a big No. you should take a lot of water and watery content in your diet. Water based mocktails, juices, squash or similar others are recommended. The ultimate idea is to reduce dehydration.

Foods that shoot up your metabolic heat should be avoided. You should rather opt for food items that cools down your body. Non-vegetarian meals can better be avoided and in fact high protein content can be avoided too. You need to make sure of a well-balanced diet.

Heading to public places:
Is there any need to head out under the hot sun? Where are you heading to? Crowded marketplaces with full of rush? Well, there is no chance of going to such places. Stay indoors then. A closed quarter such as restaurant or mall is okay.

Sun exposure:
Yes, it is healthy to get exposed to the hot sun. However, you need to be cautious when you head out when the weather has a mix of heat and humidity, because you will be prone to sunburns and your body will lose its ability to get cooled down. Humid weather condition will suck all the juice from your body even without your consent. You need not subject it to more trouble. So, try to avoid sunlight as much as you can.

What’s best?
You can keep yourself cool during hot days by resting back a home as much as you can. Especially, when your house is air conditioned, you would hardly want to head out. However, even if not air conditioned, you will naturally have a lot of things to cool you down at home.
