Irritations are present in every person we come across these days. Sometimes we feel highly irritated even for silly reasons. Have you ever thought about what could have been the reason that causes this irritation in us?

It is true that irritations in us create a negative sort of atmosphere and we find our relationships with others getting disrupted. It is very important that we have to keep our emotions under our control.

There are few medical reasons why we feel irritated often. They are

Mild depression - It must be noted that persons having mild depression could get irritated easily without any reason. These persons have imbalance in brain chemicals and they must be treated to get relieved from this.

Presence of chronic pain - This is also one of the reasons for regular irritations in us. Presence of chronic pain in our body parts could lead to constant irritations in us as both pain plus release of stress harmones create irritations.

Presence of heart issues - It is now said that the presence of heart based issues could lead to constant irritations in us. As per research studies it is clear that most of the heart based diseases mess up the flow of oxygenated blood to the brain thereby leading to irritations etc.

Dementia - It is also one of the medical causes for constant irritations in us because the more we grow old our brain cells start to deplete and older people get problems like dementia, Alzheimer’s disease etc. Finally memory power, cognitive abilities get reduced.  Getting irritated always is one of the symptoms of dementia.

Presence of attention deficit disorder - Some people at young age has this issue where he/she would not be able to hold attention plus find difficulty in focusing, irritability etc. Presence of this condition could lead to irritation regularly in us.

Hypothyroidism - Sometimes thyroid glands begin to overproduce the thyroid hormones more than that is required by our body. This results in fluctuations in hormones etc. This condition is known as hypothyroidism. It is said that these hormonal fluctuations could lead to many irritations in us.
