How to fall asleep faster?

In our body, a hormone called Melatonin gets secreted. When this hormone is secreted in sufficient amount, we fall asleep and the vice-versa. When we are in a bright environment, the hormone is secreted in less quantity and when we are in a gloomy place, the hormone secretion is higher.
 
In general, when we use the computer system throughout the day and stop the works in the evening, the effect of its brightness will remain in your eyes for two more hours. We will be in a feel that we are still viewing the bright light. Hence, we suffer without falling asleep. However, we can manage to fall asleep using few simple steps as follows:
 
·         Avoid drinking too much of coffee or tea

·         Avoid eating chocolates or cool drinks. Chemicals contained in these will restrict the growth of melatonin hormone

·         After 8 pm, for no reason, do not work in front of the computer system. If you avoid computer usage at 8 pm, you will somehow fall asleep at 10.30 pm

·         Sleep in a gloomy environment

·         Completely avoid use of sleeping pills

·         Switch off your cell phone before you sleep. If not, you will remain bothered about receiving calls from anyone at night
