Please give up taking coffee entirely!

Coffee contains caffeine which increases the production of stress hormone.

This tends to increase the insulin which affects the body. Pancreas gets swollen.

When the coffee habit increases, this leads to reduction in the production capacity of insulin.

Subsequently, blood sugar level rises!

Though there are some benefits in coffee, it is the reason for more production of bad cholesterol.
