As stated by Melissa Wellons, who is the lead researcher from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, ‘early menopause could be treated as a number one predator in American women and they should know that early menopause presents a latent risk factor.

Another recent research has been carried out with the group of about 2,532 first-time hospitalization populations for heart failure. Women who gone through the menopause between 40 and 45 years of age had a 40 percent augmented risk for heart failure when related with women who attain menopause between age 50 and 54 years.

Many doctors are suggesting that women at higher peril of getting menopause can lessen the risks of getting heart diseases via healthy diet, cosset in exercise, and keep in check of blood pressure and high cholesterol.
