Food items to be taken for early pregnancy

It is not so simple to get pregnant!

Some people may have problems in conceiving. This may be due to the present lifestyle and food habits which tend to harm health creating problems in conceiving.

If the person desiring early pregnancy takes certain food items, it may increase the chances of conceiving. This is because the recommended food items are rich in vitamins A,B & D, and also Omega-3 fatty acid  which help conceive.

So, by including these items in cooking and eating, the chances of early pregnancy are bright!

Please note that these food items will have to be taken by both the man & the woman. Eggs & mushrooms increase the male sperm count. For the female, these items contain zinc & vitamin D which help early pregnancy.

  • While kneading for chapathi dough with ground wheat, add some almond powder. This will have god effect. Pomegranate can be taken regularly as it increases the male sperm count.
  • Salmon (fish) is an important item helping early pregnancy. Wash salmon, add grated ginger, vinegar, pepper powder and mix well. Keep aside for 20 minutes and then grill. This will help early pregnancy.
  • Cheese is rich in Calcium, one of the important requirements for early pregnancy. Make sandwiches with cheese and eat. Oysters are rich in zinc which is good for males. Add chilli powder and garlic to oyster & mix well. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Then grill, It will be tasty as well as help increase the sperm count.
  •  If some people face difficulty in conceiving, they can avoid coffee. Grind spinach, parsley, and cucumber together and drink in the evening. This will help.
  • Prawn is rich in omega-3 fatty acid and zinc. Wash prawn clean; add a few drops of lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary oil. Mix well and marinate. Fry and take. This will also help early pregnancy.
