The seat sharing discussions of the front led by BJP, DMDK, PMK, and MDMK is nearing the final stage.
DMDK & PMK have been discussing the seat sharing arrangement with BJP over the last few months.
These discussions could not yield any result as there was a prolonged arguments regarding the allotment of seats. Further, this is led to a question whether this front will survive.
However, BJP made Himalayan efforts to continue the dialogue and at long last, some agreement has been reached on the seat sharing. As per this, BJP will contest 9 seats, DMDK 14, PMK 8, and MDMK 6.
