89.09 lakh passengers recorded to have travelled in May, 2025
CMRL has always endeavored to provide the people of Chennai a safe, efficient and a reliable travel partner. A total of 89,09,724 passengers have travelled in the Metro Trains from 01.05.2025 to 31.05.2025.
In the month of January, 2025 a total of 86,99,344 passengers, February, 2025 a total of 86,65,803 passengers, March, 2025 a total of 92,10,069 passengers and April, 2025 a total of 87,59,587 passengers have travelled in the Metro Trains.
May 05, 2025 recorded the highest passenger flow for the month of May, with 3,23,899 passengers. Total number of passengers utilized services for May, 2025.
CMRL offers a 20% discount on all ticketing (Metro Travel Card, Mobile QR Code ticketing - Single, Return, Group Tickets and Q.R Trip passes, Whatsapp - (+91 83000 86000), Paytm, PhonePe and NCMC Card).
