Kalakshetra Foundation Pays Tribute to Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale Through Diverse Art Exhibition

Commemorating the 120th Birth Anniversary of Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale, the visual arts department of Kalakshetra Foundation conducted an art exhibition featuring diverse works by faculty and students. The showcase which was inaugurated by the Chairman of Kalakshetra Foundation had Smt. Rukmini Devi`s portraits in charcoal, pencil, watercolour, acrylic, wood cut etc. Tanjore paintings, terracotta sculptures, ceramic relief murals were also part of the display.
