Ban on Girivalam at the Thiruvannamalai temple from 3.12 AM on 28th to 1.18 AM on 29th! - Collector Order!
The Collector of the District of Thiruvannamalai has ordered a ban on undertaking ‘Girivalam’ on the occasion of the Full Moon Day (Pournami) at the famous Lord Arunachaleswarar Temple from 3.12 AM on 28th March (Monday) until 1.18 AM on 29th March (Tuesday).
This ban is a preventive measure taken against the fast-spreading resurgent coronavirus pandemic!
