Corridors to be closed on 20th January at Sabarimalai Lord Sri Ayyappa Temple! Devotees to be permitted till tomorrow night!

The corridors of the Lord Sri Ayyappan Temple were opened in the evening n 30th December for performing the famous Makara Vilakku Poojas,
The Makara Vilakku Poojas commenced n 31st December. Due to the prevalent coronavirus pandemic situation, only 5000 devotees were permitted per day n this holy occasion.
The globally famous Makara Vilakku Pooja was performed n 14th January.
In normal times, Lakhs of devotees assemble usually for the Makara Vilakku Pooja.
However, this year (2021), only 5000 devotees were permitted to have the Darshan of Makara Vilakku Pooja.
|In this situation, the corridors of the Sabarimalai Lord Sri Ayyappan Temple is being closed at 6.30 PM n 20th January.
Devotees will be permitted to have Darshan only until tomorrow night (19th January, Tuesday).
