By these ways, we could keep our lungs healthy in this Corona virus situation

Primary organs for respiration in humans, lungs are present near the backbone on either side of the heart. It is important that we must take care of the lungs for our lives to be normal.

It is now known to us that the symptoms of Corona virus are similar to flu symptoms. Point is novel corona virus attacks our lungs and thickens the mucus. This would lead to issues in breathing. It is known that mucus is slippery aqueous secretion produced by mucus membranes.

Now, with Corona virus spreading like fire all over, the people have become more concerned about their lung health and they try to do many things for that.

Please must do these for their lungs to be healthy.

By gargling with salt water:
This is one important ways to keep the lungs in good health. In the first step, take water with salt in bowl and boil it. Then cool down this to lukewarm and gargle. By this, the mucus would be broken down easily. Breathing would be good.

By doing pranayama and exercise:
Breaking down of mucous could be brought about by deep breathing also. It is believed that doing exercises would make us to breathe heavier and this would help in breaking of mucus.

By steam inhalation:
Steam could also be used to keep our lung health in proper shape. In the first step, take a big bowl with water and then boil it. Then keep the face above this bowl and cover head with towel. Inhale the steam coming from the bowl. By this, there would be expelling of extra mucus. Lungs would be kept healthy.

By consuming fenugreek seeds:
In the first step, some fenugreek seeds are taken and boiled in water for 5 minutes. Then straining is done and the remaining portion is consumed. It is brought out that by this method mucus gets reduced.
