The term stress is widely used by many these days.

It is known that both physical as well as our mental health gets affected by stress. Stress could lead to many health issues such as diabetes, obesity, anxiety depression etc.

Many of us face stress in our offices or work spots etc and it could affect the effectiveness or performances of a person. Sometimes, the management takes the responsibility to relieve stress of the employees. Point is the employees could themselves overcome stress by taking short breaks in their work.

Listening to music could be the solution for those who cannot go out for a walk to get rid of their stress. It must be taken into account that music could help us to feel relaxed and improve the productivity.
