Please avoid these foods for breakfast if you want to be fit and healthy

We must begin the day on a healthy note and for this intake of breakfast is very important and we must not skip the breakfast at any cost.

Important point is the breakfast we consume must be rich in nutrients as it would provide the much-needed energy for our body. There are some foods that are rich in nutrition and there are also foods that are not rich in nutrients.

These foods must be avoided during breakfast if you want to be fit and healthy.

Avoid intake of processed foods:

Our breakfast would be highly delicious if we consume foods like ham, bacon, sausage etc. Being delicious isn’t everything. It must be noted that these processed foods could harm our health. We could get additive behaviour, weight gain plus other issues like obesity, heart disease etc when we consume highly processed foods loaded with salts, sugar, trans-fat etc. So be careful.

Avoid pancakes and waffles:

Flour, eggs, sugar and milk are used in the preparation of pancakes and waffles. The refined flour, as well as the sugar content in pancakes and waffles, is high and it could lead to issues. We might get diabetes issue because pancakes and waffles are topped with syrup having high fructose corn.

Avoid intake of muffins:

It is believed that delicious and tasty muffins are healthy foods as they are branded with terms like high protein/whole grains etc. Not many are aware that muffins are made from flour, vegetable oil, sugar and eggs. It is worthy to note that eggs are the only healthy ingredient in muffins. Just similar to pancakes and doughnuts, muffins are also bad for health.

Avoid commercial fruit juice:

It is revealed that commercial juices have sugars, artificial flavours, lot of calories and doesn’t have nutrition. The actual goodness that comes with fruit is not there in these commercial fruit juices. Therefore these juices are unhealthy. Intake of these juices might lead t weight gain in us.

Avoid breakfast cereals:

It is said that cereals are good as a breakfast food for the kids. The truth is cereals do not have any nutrition, do not have fibre but have added sugar etc. Eating cereals might result in poor health. Issues like constipation and weight gain occur.

Avoid toast with margarine:

This combination must also be avoided for the breaeakfast. Intake of toast with margarine increases blood sugar and insulin levels. This leads to rebound hunger and finally weight gain occurs.
