Weather update from Taminadu Weather Man

It has becoming daily phenomenon, the clouds developing in the same spot again and again be it Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur and Chennai or Salem region or the Pudukottai stretch. So Chennai will again get rains today. With lot of sunshine today, i am expecting better rainfall in quantum in the city compared to previous days.
Sivaganga-Pudukottai-Thanjavur and other nearby areas will get rainfall too and then will move to delta belt in the end. Salem region will get rains too.
Ghats in Valparai, Nilgiris, Kanyakumari and Theni will get good rains like what it has been receiving in last 2 days. Kerala too will receive on and off rains. Nothing to worry with these rains.
Kodagu and Chikmagalur both being cauvery catchment will see increased rains compared to Kerala and Tamil Nadu ghats. So Increased rains in Cauvery Catchment will result in more inflows into Mettur into coming days. Giants in Kodagu Talacauvery and Naladi both recorded around 130 mm today. More is expected from Kodagu in next 3-4 days.
Overall, things look good but nothing fearful for Kerala and Tamil Nadu !!!
