Executive MBA program in IIT-Madras

Indian Institute of Technology – Madras (IIT-M) invites applications for Executive MBA (EMBA) program aimed for the sole purpose of levitating middle and senior level professionals in their progressive careers. It helps the sector to improve from the employee level recruitment in companies to management level hiring in coherence with the educational qualities.
EMBA from the Department of Management Studies (DOMS) is a two-year degree program launched at IIT-M in 2018. The official release from the authorities mentions the inviting of applications is meant for the second batch of the program. People can pursue the EMBA degree along with their career as the classed will be held mostly during alternate weekends.
EMBA program has four semesters and for each semester there will be two quarters. The basis eligibility criteria to apply for the program in IIT-M is 60% and above in undergraduate degree with minimum three years of working experience. Online portal will be opened for the candidates to fill in the applications virtually through the internet platform. The portal will close in thirty days of the inception.
Selected candidates will receive the call letter from the institution. They will be attending the entrance exam of EMBA and personal interview in the month of November 2018. The results will be officially announced in December 2018 and the students will be asked to pay the initial fee to enroll themselves in the course.
Last week of December is marked for the batch orientation process and then followed by the course commencement in the first week of January, 2019.
