Counselling commences today for M. E. and M.Tech Courses

The counselling for the courses of M. E. and M. Tech. commences today (Tuesday, 28th August) and concludes on 31st August.
For the engineering graduate courses such as B. E. and B. Tech., the counselling for admission to the engineering colleges affiliated under Anna University is conducted on behalf of the state government on a single-window mode.
In a similar trend, the counselling for the post-graduate engineering courses such as M. E. and M. Tech. is conducted exclusively on behalf of Anna University.
In order to participate in this counselling, the candidates must have passed either ‘GATE` (The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) conducted by the central government or ‘TANCET’ (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) conducted by the state government of Tamil Nadu.
Accordingly, the counselling for the above post-graduate engineering courses commences today. The counselling today, 28th August, is for the candidates who have passed GATE. The counselling from tomorrow (Wednesday, 29th August) to 31st August is for the candidates who have passed TANCET.
