Court Fee can be paid online from April 20

E-Court Fee system is established by the Madras High Court in which Advocates and Litigants can pay the court fees online through Internet access. This scheme of e-payment is based on Advocate/Litigant initiation for cashless transaction.
The new e-court fee system will be commenced from April 20 and will be governed by the Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd, the record keeping agency of Tamil Nadu Government.
This state government online transaction method will start the process in the Principal bench and Madurai bench of High Court, The computer based application is explained for the usage in the user manual that can be downloaded through High Court’s official Website.
