Gas booking - customer can now call from 2 different mobile numbers

The oil corporations have introduced the facility to book LPG cooking gas cylinders through 2 mobile numbers.
For booking through SMS, the Indane customers can type – IOC (space) agency’s landline number, customer number and send it to 8124024365.
To book through IVRS facility, call the above number and book.
The gas agencies registered the customers’ mobile numbers 5 years ago. In case the customer changes the mobile number, it has to be informed to the agency and get it changed and registered.
As Aircel had recently withdrawn its telecom services, many customers found it difficult to book. So, the system has been revised by the oil corporations that the customer can register 2 mobile numbers and can book for LPG cooking gas cylinder from either.
