Beginning from 18th May flower show in Ooty would be sensational

Located in the state of Tamil Nadu Ooty or Ootacamund is a very famous hill station that is frequented by many. Every year this Ooty becomes cynosure of many eyes for its flower show and many people visit this flower show and have great fun.
It is now said that this 3 day annual flower show would take place from 18th May to 20th May and it would be fantastic for the viewers. This flower show would be held in government botanical garden or GBG. It was in the year 1847 this botanical garden in Ooty was opened and since then it has been attracting many visitors.
Dr N. Subbaiyan who is the director of Horticulture and Plantation crops expressed his thoughts about this and said month of May is the major summer tourist season in the Nilgiris.
He mentioned the above at the meeting that took place on Friday 9th March and this meeting was about the summer related shows that would be conducted by Horticultural department and district administration.
Visitors would be able to see fruit shows plus others like vegetable shows, spices show, rose show etc and that would be superb. It must be noted that on 12th May and on 13th May annual rose show would be held.
It is revealed that by this show the tourists would be educated about the horticultural wealth present in Nilgiris plus the tourists would also get superb entertainment.
At the Nehru Park in Kothagiri vegetable show would take place on 5th and 6th May. Between 11th May and 13th May Gudalur would have three day spices show.
