Kancheepuram to have eco friendly carry bags soon

Kancheepuram is located at about 72 kms from Chennai. In this Kancheepuram there are many hotels, supermarkets and bakery units and people visit these frequently.
The news is plastic bags that are used in Kancheepuram would be replaced by eco-friendly carry bags and on Sunday 4th February 2018 municipal commissioner of Kancheepuram Mr Sardar launched these new eco friendly bags at an event.
It must be noted that in the city of Coimbatore eco friendly bags were launched in the past and this has inspired the municipal authorities in Kancheepuram now. Private company that is manufacturing these new eco friendly carry bags were approached by the municipal authorities and it is now said that these bags would be superb for the people living here.
Regeno Ventures is the company that is manufacturing these eco friendly carry bags. Mr Dinesh who is a representative of this company spoke about how great research was carried out before making these eco friendly bags.
Mr Dinesh also spoke about the founder of this company who is an engineering graduate and how the founder had superb training in Germany regarding bag making.
It is superb to mention here that these carry bags look like plastic bags but differ from plastic bags in being biodegradable and bio-compostable in nature. Recycling with paper would be possible with these eco friendly carry bags.
Vegetable starch plus other natural extracts along with base materials like maize, tapioca vegetable oils are present in these latest carry bags that are eco friendly in nature.
It is known that poly olefins are present in the plastic based carry bags and these plastic bags are not eco friendly in nature. It is superb to note that these latest carry bags could be dissolved in water at high temperatures. Cattle would be able to feed on these bags and by that no damage would be done to their internal organs.
Puducherry would be the next place where these eco friendly carry bags would be launched. Mr Dinesh also spoke about the prospects of launching these bags in Chennai city as his company Regeno Ventures are having talks with Greater Chennai Corporation in this aspect. It is said that one kilogram of these bags would have 160 numbers and it depends on the size as well as the thickness.
In each district present in the state of TN, the company that is manufacturing these eco friendly bags would be selling one tonne of the bags. This was confirmed by Mr Dinesh.
