WhatsApp Business App now available in India

One of the leading social networking media in the world, Facebook, has introduced a new App, WhatsApp Business - in India to facilitate the traders to undertake strategic actions with their customers and also exchange information and maintain verbal contact.
Those having Android phones can download this App free of charge from the Google Play store and start using.
With this new App, the small and micro industries can easily get in touch with their customers and share/exchange trade-related information.
However, this new App is not yet made available for Apple mobile phones. So, those having Apple mobile phones will need to start a separate WhatsApp account to open this new App.
In a report, WhatsApp has informed that the new App ‘WhatsApp Business’ has been introduced globally to facilitate the small/mini/micro enterprises to get in touch with their customers. For example, the online textile trading agencies or the automobile trading agencies in Brazil can contact their customers all over.
This App facilitates easy contact with customers and shortens the trading negotiation times. The enterprises can expand their businesses by sending the various important data on their products – Prices, specifications, special features, photos, and the latest products – to the existing and prospective customers.
Apart from this, the App has the facility to answer the queries from the customers, expand the business, and also sending greeting messages, etc., to attract the prospective additional customers.
Those who have already been using WhatsApp on the mobile phones need not download anything. It is enough for them to update through Google Play Store.
This new App has excellent safety features and procedures with provision to block certain numbers for better safety or control info on that number.
