Petrol price decreased

Petrol price was decreased by 3 paise per litre and diesel price up by 10 paise per litre with effect from 6 am, Dec 24.
Prices may vary from Outlet to Outlet within a city due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates.
After the price revision, a litre of petrol in Chennai will now cost Rs. 72.09 per litre and diesel will cost Rs. 62.27 per litre.
