Vaikunta Ekadasi at Besant Nagar Ashtalakshmi Temple on Dec 29

On the special and sacred occasion of Vaikunta Ekadasi falling on 29th December, in the Besant Nagar Ashtalakshmi Temple, Suprabhata Seva will be performed at 4.00 AM on 29th December. Special Aaradhana will be performed at 4.30 AM. Sorga Vaasal (the main temple entrance) will be opened at 5.00 AM.
The corridors of the Sannadhis (Sanctum Sanctorum of the Gods/Goddesses) will be opened for the devotees from 5.00 AM.
Keeping the convenience of the devotees in mind, the lines for standing in queues have been arranged right from the Northern entrance of the temple.
Further arrangements have been made for the Darshan without any distinction between Paid mode and free (unpaid) mode.
The routine on normal days is to perform the Archanas in the sanctum sanctorum of the Goddess Dhairyalakshmi. But, on 29th, Archanas can be performed on the Sanctum Sanctorum of 3 Goddesses – Aadhilakshmi, Dhanyalakshmi, and Dhairya Lakshmi, However, note that only Darshan can be had on the other Sanctum Sanctorum of the other Goddesses.
But for the times when the regular pooja and the cleaning sessions are taken up, arrangements have been made for the devotees to have Darshans in all the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Gods and Goddesses. The needful security arrangements have also been made.
