Norway Weather Bureau: Heavy rains in Chennai this evening (3rd Nov)

The Norway Weather Bureau has informed that very heavy rains are expected to lash out the Chennai Metro City this evening (Friday, 3rd November).
It rained quite heavily in Chennai from yesterday evening (Thursday, 2nd November) till early morning today (Friday, 3rd November). With this, most of the Chennai city is inundated.
Rain water has entered several houses. The public residing in low-lying areas has been evacuated and moved to safer areas.
With this situation, the Norway Weather Bureau informed that very heavy rains are likely to lash out the Chennai Metro City today evening as well (Friday, 3rd November).
The Norway Weather Bureau has specified that the rains in Chennai are likely to begin at 6.00 PM.
It has informed that this heavy rain will persist till the very early morning tomorrow (Saturday, 4th November).
The Norway Weather Bureau has further informed that mild to medium rain will persist in the noon session.
