Rain will persist in Tamil Nadu till 5th November: IMD

IMD (Indian Meteorological Department) has informed that there are prospects of rain to persist in Tamil Nadu till 5th November.
As there is a cyclonic format in the upper layers of the atmosphere over the Bay of Mannar, the rain will persist for the next 5 days.
It is also informed that there will be heavy rains with thunder in the southern coastal areas of the country including Andhra, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, and Rayalaseema.
IMD has informed that because of the above reasons, there are good prospects of rain in the coastal districts of Andhra and Kerala and Puducherry.
