Prospects of rain in the next 2 days in Tamil Nadu

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects of rain in Tamil Nadu in the next 2 days.
The officials explained that there has been a recent cyclonic low-pressure zone developed in the upper layers of the atmosphere over the Bay of Bengal. Due to this, there may be rain in Tamil Nadu in the next 48 hours.
There may be widespread rain in the delta districts.
The Chennai Metro City will remain cloudy. There may be intermittent rains in a few places.
