Rice exhibition at Anna University on 4th March

Alagappa College of Technology National Service Scheme and Anna University will be organizing an exhibition on 4th March in which varieties of indigenous rice will be displayed.
As many as 100 varieties of rice, herbs and grains collected from various areas will be displayed in this exhibition which will be held in the premises of Anna University. Scientists, farmers and experts will participate in this event. Cultural programmes including silambam, therukoothu and karakattam will also be organized.
Research papers in organic farming practices and naturopathy are to be presented.
