Police security beefed up in the state assembly

Heavy ristrictions to enter the state assembly has been imposed since the Tamil Nadu Assembly is all set for the key floor test on the confidence motion. Edappadi K Palanisamy who was sworn as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu will be proving his majority. Key floor test on the confidence motion will be held today at 11 am.
When the confidence motion is taken on the new ministry, there are chances of some problems taking place. Hence the police security has been beefed up in the Fort. There are also heavy restrictions to enter the assembly. Mobile phones are banned. Only ministers, MLAs, media and assembly staff will be permitted. No permission is granted to minister’s assistant, security officers and general public. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are prohibited
