Call 1800 425 6151 to report fleecing by omni bus operators

In order to prevent private omni buses collecting exorbitant rates during this Pongal season, the Tamil Nadu government has formed 8 groups to monitor. These groups will monitor at Koyambedu, Urapakkam, Sriperumbudur and Chengalpet. Those who do not follow the rules will be penalized.
Tamil Nadu Government has also set up a toll free number to receive complaints from public over excess collection of ticket charges in omni buses in view of the forthcoming festive season. The toll free number 1800 425 6151 is functioning from the office of the Regional Transport Commissioner. Public can make their complaints through this toll free number.
