Video streaming feature on WhatsApp Android beta version

WhatsApp will soon release a video streaming feature. The feature will allow user to watch a shared video without having to download it. It is available for the WhatsApp beta version for Android.
WhatsApp has also replaced the download button with the play button. The feature is similar to online video streaming website YouTube which allows users to play the video while it is still buffering. The video calling service thus provide another means for people to communicate without fear of eavesdropping though WhatsApp does retain other data such as an individual`s list of contacts.
