Buy and sell on Facebook with its new feature, Marketplace

Facebook has launched a new feature on its app called Marketplace. With this, users can buy or sell items via the social media platform. Each and every month, over 450 million Facebook users keep checking Facebook groups for buying and selling items.
On 3rd October, Facebook announced that the new service will be made available for all users aging above 18 and present in the US, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Android and iPhone users can make use of the app. At the same time, the desktop version will also have Marketplace enabled in a few months.
The aim of this move is to engage the customers for long time on the social media platform and thus make more revenue using Facebook advertisements.
